Current

  • Co-founder and CEO of Cians Analytics www.ciansanalytics.com, a research and analytics firm that supports financial institutions across the globe.  Offices in New Delhi NCR and New York. Sold the business to PE-backed Acuity Knowledge Partners in September 2022.
  • Member-Investor at Indian Angel Network (IAN). IAN (www.indianangelnetwork.com) is a concept which brings together entrepreneurs and CEOs from India and elsewhere who are interested in investing in startup / early stage ventures which have the potential of creating disproportionate value. The Network, in addition to money, provides access to high quality mentoring, vast networks and inputs on strategy as well as execution.
  • Co-founder (formerly a Director) of Pythagurus Education www.pythagurus.com, a study-abroad test preparation and admission counseling company that helps prospective students study in the US/other countries.

  • Vice President, Genpact – ran the KPO businesses for the largest non-GE account at Genpact. (Delhi NCR)
  • Country Head-India, Copal Partners – ran the Indian operations for Copal during a relatively early stage in its evolution. The firm grew significantly during my tenure. Copal is now one of the largest research firms supporting globlal financial institutions, on an outsourced basis. (Delhi NCR)
  • Vice President (and earlier Associate), JP Morgan – investment banking & investment banking outsourcing (New York & Mumbai)
